Legrant has supported a project of a large agricultural holding on creation of a biofuel power station

Legrant's client, a large agro-industrial holding, decided to expand the scope of its' activities and create a biofuel power station that will operate on pellets made from seed meal (a product of grain processing).

As it is known, the electricity produced at such stations is purchased by the state at a “green tariff”. Lawyers of Legrant supported this project and helped the client to insight into the complexities of legislation concerning alternative sources of energy. A large amount of work in the field of corporate and land relations was carried out.
