Legrant is pleased to announce that Lyudmila Sizonenko, Head of Ports and Terminals practice, has been appointed an advisor effective September 29. Lyudmila will be responsible for the further development of one of the top priority practice areas of the company and will actively participate in the transformation of the port industry in Ukraine.
For more than 5 years, Lyudmila has been protecting the interests of port operators, agricultural holdings, shipping agents, and shipowners in disputes with state bodies and state enterprises that hold a monopoly position in the transport services market, in particular the Ukrainian Sea Port Administration.
During her work at Legrant, Lyudmila Sizonenko has created several positive court precedents that are of decisive importance for companies engaged in the maritime and stevedoring business.
