Traditionally the beginning of the year is marked by the formation of “wish list”, where the market participants list the legislation changes necessary for the industry. Despite the new proposals are hard to appear, the list from year to year is reluctant to decrease.
“The number of expected complex legislative initiatives do exist. In particular, draft law on concessions (No. 8125), on internal marine transport (No. 2475), on railway transport (No. 9512), draft law No. 7385 that shall be an effort of complex solution of regulation gaps, that have been revealed during the last 5 years of enforcement of the Law on “Seaports of Ukraine” – Liudmila Sizonenko, the senior lawyer of LEGRANT, notes in her article for Yuridicheskaya Gazeta.
In the article Liudmila disclosed the actual problems, have been the most common subject for appealing to LEGRANT in 2018.
